Gumbo Limbo is located at Red Reef Park just down the road from the Ocean Lodge. The Center offers environmental education to the community through classes, seminars, workshops, field trips and research. The nature center is named after one of the dominant tree species native to the area. Guests can view faunal species including a variety of mammals, birds, reptiles and fish as well as endangered species such as the manatee, the brown pelican, the osprey and sea turtles can often be observed on or from the facility.
